Refund policy

At Throwback, we want you to love every far-out find and groovy gift you take home! But if something is not quite right, here is how we roll:

Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags still attached (if applicable).

• Sale items are also final sale.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded in cash.

 

Online Orders

• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [shop@throwbackia.com], and we’ll make it right.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
